In the past I've had great results with my 50 unit's of Botox. This time I had a different nurse practitioner administer the injections. In my opinion she lacked experience and missed the areas where the treatment needed to be placed. It's been a week and I'm going to have to go back in for corrections. Uggg. The clinic itself is recommended but not all practitioners sadly

I’m so thankful I found Kristen. She not only is so talented but she’s incredibly knowledgeable on the anatomy and physiology of her work. She takes time to talk to you about questions you may have and doesn’t wait for you to ask them, she prompts the conversation. I’ve jumped around from here to there but never could find someone who I felt really knows the procedures well! I go in for Botox and dysport and likely will be seeing her for lip fillers now!

Had followup ultrasound 3 days ago. Rachel said the ultrasound shows my left leg is progressing well. Walking is required to continue the improvement, and it's working.

I wish I could give this ten stars. For nine years, I went to my Dr., and he is incredible, but unfortunately stopped practicing. I did a lot of research and, after a few months, decided on Dr. Afzal, who my former Dr. staff recommended. I've never had such an amazing experience. When I walked into the clinic, everyone was understanding, kind, and informative. Dr. Afzal is amazing, genuine, and honest. The nurses and staff are incredible. I am more than pleased with the procedures recommended, and the results are amazing.

Dr. Afzal is the best! He always does such great work. Regardless of which office you go to, everyone in the office is so knowledgeable, kind and helpful.

After 3 months(required for health insurance) of wearing compression sock, I went in for next step which is discussion of progress so far. The staff of Afzal Clinic answered all my questions. Next step is to submit the treatment plan to the health insurance provider. So far I highly recommend Afzal Clinic. I am optimistic.

I forgot her name who worked on me in the Woodbury office but she was very informative and gentle with my shots making sure I was comfortable after each injection.

She did the procedure according to protocol, followed sanitation guidelines, and made sure that I didn’t bruise from my injection sites she was exceptional in her customer service skills offering me other services. She was sweet!

It's tough to rate my visit at this point in time, Kirsten and Dr. Afzal. I have to see what the final results are in two months. Today was only the first step, and it apparently went well, so I'll give a 4-star rating for now. See you on March 17.

I went into Afzal Clinic for ultrasound diagnostic on one leg. Found out 2 veins need to be closed down. The staff was very informative on the treatment plan and on the coverage from my health insurance. Answered all my questions. I highly recommend Afzal Clinic for Vein treatment.

Quality service!!

So I’m going to give 3 stars and here’s why: The doctor spent all of 3 minutes in my room just enough time for me to tell him what I wanted and for him to quickly give me the dysport. He was quite aggressive and I did have some bruising. Otherwise the look I wanted was achieved and I am happy with my results.

So friendly and knowledgeable! They actually look at your chart and know exactly what you need!

Call had Botox done about 3-4 weeks ago, but needed some touchups. Without a question, they scheduled me and I had my touchups feel of charge, even if I was willing to pay for it. Everybody at that clinic is very – very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend that clinic to everybody.

I love Afzal clinic and their prices. As a woman I feel it is important to do something nice for myself once in a while and they provide that at a reasonable price.

Everyone in the Edina clinic display professionalism, they are caring and supportive throughout the treatments before and after. They are knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions that you may have. They don’t force any procedures on the clients. The outcome is always spot on, you for sure would have no regrets and would continue to return for any follow up treatments. Dr Afzal is a full pledged board certified physician that can be trusted. I have seen him for over a year now.

One of the PAs welcomed me and put into a room within 5 minutes orders. She examined my legs, asked pertinent questions, assuring me that both varicose vein leg treatments were successful. She, also, explained the upcoming cosmetic vein procedure and told me how to prepare. The office was clean and organized as s usual.

First of all I am a WIMP when it comes to needles. I tried sclerotherapy once before and could not take it without feeling faint. I explained this to Dr Afzal (and whoever else would listen). I don’t remember the names of the young ladies as they assured me I could do this but they were SO helpful. Dr Afzal went to work and his 12 yrs (last Saturday) lol of experience really came through and I am alive and well to tell about it! Thank you all!

First time I was there many years ago because I purchased a Groupon for 50 units of Dysport. At my appointment Dr Afzal said " You don't need 50 units. You only need 30. If you think you'd need more, come back in 2 weeks, otherwise we will save remaining 20 until for you for your next visit" . I was speechless for a few moments. A cosmetic procedure provider who doesn't upsell?! Unheard of! And he was right, 30 untis were just perfect for my forehead. Ever since I am only going to this place for my Dysport needs. And lately I've decided to do fillers for my cheecks. I am very impressed with Dr Afzal work. He really makes sure his clients get what they need and leave his clinic happy and satisfied. Can't wait to go for more beauty procedures. Oh, and they always have some special deals! Absolutely recommend!

Dr. Afzal and Maggie were so friendly and informative. I came in mainly for Botox for teeth grinding, but also curious about minor fillers. They both were so helpful and did not push anything that I wasn’t ready for. Dr. Afzal did a superb job in making the most subtle of changes and giving me back the curvature of my cheeks that were flattened out by radio frequency (it burns off fat, which I found out after one session… lol).
